Terms of service
Effective 2026-09-14.
These terms cover use of RBT Link by Oala Health. RBT Link helps RBTs keep a portable work profile and respond to opportunities Oala releases. It is not an employment offer, hiring decision, clinical service, or guarantee of work.
Oala Health does not employ RBTs through RBT Link, guarantee hours, provide clinical care or supervision, or make provider hiring decisions. Providers retain employment or engagement, clinical supervision, onboarding, compliance, billing, and client relationships.
You must use accurate information and a mobile number you control. Accept and Decline are one-shot responses to a specific opportunity and are not provider selection.
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access another person’s account, or submit patient or clinical information. Oala may suspend accounts that abuse sign-in or harm the service.
SMS sign-in terms
RBT Link by Oala Health is preparing an optional SMS program for one-time sign-in codes. SMS sign-in is not yet available in the currently released app. When enabled, you may enroll by entering a mobile number you control, selecting the separate SMS consent checkbox, and requesting a code. Consent is optional; email sign-in remains available. Messages are for authentication, not marketing or opportunity alerts. Message frequency varies based on your requests. Message and data rates may apply.
Once the SMS program is enabled, reply STOP to cancel SMS messages. You will receive an opt-out confirmation, and further codes will be blocked until you opt back in. Reply START to opt back in, then return to the app to request a new code. Reply HELP for help or email [email protected]. Opting out does not delete your account. If you have linked a verified email to that account, you can sign in with it; otherwise contact support for account access help. Message delivery may be delayed or unavailable, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We may update these terms. The current version is published at https://rbtlink.app/terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
